Our Policy

  • Orders MUST be submitted 14 days in advanced.
  • NO DM’S!
  • If you’re interested in quotes or have any questions, please email us at info@yesshebakes.com.
  • $30 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking and will go towards your order.
  • If full payment isn’t received after the first email reminder your spot is no longer reserved.
  • You get one design change, but I must be notified a week before cake is due.
  • If your event date has changed, please notify me as soon as possible so your cake can be delivered on the new date.
  • To book or check availability you can fill out the Order form. The calendar for that month will be at the bottom of that page.
  • All sales are final.
  • If by any chance you are unsatisfied with your order, we can give you store credit or a percentage off your next order. 
  • We will no longer accept rush orders for the sake of quality, inventory due to covid, and to make sure everyone is satisfied.

COVID Policy

As we know we have been dealing with cover 19 since the beginning of March 2020. So we have made a second policy that will protect both the company and the client. This policy will be in full affect immediately. Please make sure you read both polices before moving forward with booking so that we will all have understanding. If you have any questions feel free to ask us anything. Thank you so much and we appreciate you!

  • Protective gear is worn for safety of both company and client.
  •  If by any chance a order can’t be dropped off on the initial date, we will try again the following day after the second attempt the order will be sold or discarded.
  • If by any chance, there is a lost in the family please call as soon as possible so we can make future arrangements for your order.
  •  If by any chance an emergency take place and you’ve paid your invoice in full, we will not issue a refund BUT we will give you a percentage off your next purchase.
  • All sales are final.
  • Invoice needs to be fully paid before order is made.
  • Due to covid some inventory items have been delayed and out of stock so please put orders in 14-21 days in advanced so we can make sure everything will be delivered in time.
